Wondering what the office looks like? I've included some pictures below so there won't be any surprises when you walk in for your first appointment. (If you're a parent, you should consider showing this to your kids, too! It can be helpful for them to know what to expect.)
Parking is available at Mercantile Plaza on both the east and west sides of the building. Whichever side you park on, you will use the entrance at the center of the building (it looks like it has a big white arch over it). Walk straight ahead and you'll find a set of elevators. Take them to the 3rd floor, and Suite 300 will be just to your right. (Note: The bathrooms are behind the elevators; you can find them by turning left instead.)
If you come on a weekday, the lobby will have a receptionist. You'll check in with him or her and let them know you're there to see me. There is plenty of seating available right behind the desk.
If your appointment is set for after 5pm or on a Saturday, the outside doors to the building will probably be locked. If this is the case, call or e-mail me to let me know that you're there. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do to change this―the doors are closed to keep the building safe and secure.
